In recent years, calisthenics have gained notoriety for their weight. Young, old, girls, boys, women and men alike have discovered an opportunity to develop their physical fitness in simple and at times astetic conditions.
To a large extent, the training takes place outdoors using mainly jaw-dropping pipes and rails, etc. Avid trainers and training groups can be found in sports clubs and halls, forest thicks, beaches and health trails. They can be seen doing push-ups, squats or other exercises using only the weight of their body.
We can produce the training elements of the power campus according to the desired colours (e.g. the colours that dominate the surroundings or the colours set in the CVI of the school, company or organisation).
